Butter melting process is considered a process heating which consumes a huge amount of thermal power. User can assign some of the specific required data to calculate a design model for steam and fuel mass flow rates, S.F.C, and pumping power. Moreover; cost and enviornmental correlations were embedded. The tank model calculates the Qloss by considering the air gap, and brik resistances. Moreover; user has the ability to calculate the basic model for SAFOLA (no system enhancments) or calculate the system based on the new specifications.
