This model is about Compound Parabolic Concentrator (CPC) with horizontal plate reciver. 
User must use the solar radiation model in order to calculate the solar normal beam and 
diffuse irradiance, W/m2. The model would calculate the following:
1-Concentration ratio.
2-Aperature area.
3-Actual recieved energy on the reciever plate.
4-Useful energy.
etc
PV cell is attached to the reciever plate. The model is responsible to calculate the required power for the PV cell. PV cell criteria is also calculated.

 

 

**MatLab-SimuLink should be used to run the model.
