This model is about Compound Parabolic Concentrator (CPC) with horizontal plate reciver. 
User must use the solar radiation model in order to calculate the solar normal beam and 
diffuse irradiance, W/m2. The model would calculate the following:
1-Concentration ratio.
2-Aperature area.
3-Actual recieved energy on the reciever plate.
4-Useful energy.
etc
User can select between 2D or 3D operation. Solar radiation models are included within this model. Bird, Iqbal, Hottle, Atwater & Ball models are ready for you.

 

**MatLab-SimuLink should be used to run the model.
