This system is about coupling Photovoltaic and pumping systems for irrigation and other uses. The whole system is in performance mode. The hybrid system contains the following:
1-Photovoltaic with batteries.
2-Pump.
3-Motor.
Furthermore; the user can go through the calculation model for the centrifugal pump, which the user can calculate the following:
-Power-Torque-Pressure difference-Actual pump head based on the addressed losses
-Specific speed: to decided the flow pump type (radial, mixed, or axial)-Hub diameter
-Shaft diameter

-3 Phase induction motor model has been added to the system. Users can select dynamically between PV and the motor application for powering on the pump. The user will be able to calculate the flow rate based on the power load from the PV. The dynamic load is also allowed. User can change the solar radiation to examine the effect on system performance. 
-Controlled drip system is considered for the irrigation system to regulate the flow rate acorss the plantation field. The drip controller has been used only in dynamic version.

 

**MatLab-SimuLink (64bit) should be used to run the model.
